Neha is a highly organized and people-focused Office Manager at Pringle Creek Dental and Markville Dental. She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, graduating in 2021 with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She is also a proud member of Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE), the national professional management fraternity, and the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM).

Her career in dental administration began in downtown Toronto, where she spent two years as an administrative lead before relocating to the Durham region in pursuit of career growth and a deeper connection with the local community. In March 2023, she joined Pringle Creek and Markville Dental, drawn to the opportunity to work in a region that blends suburban calm with city convenience.

Known for her strengths in customer service, patient relations, and operational oversight, Neha is passionate about creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff. She is committed to enhancing the patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, she now calls Whitby, Ontario home. She enjoys spending quiet evenings at Whitby Shores with her husband and a good cup of coffee. When not at work, she unwinds by painting, trying new cuisines with her husband, and collecting National Park maps from their travels—a hobby that blends her love for nature, discovery, and a little bit of nostalgia.
